Well for you guys that don't know me, my name is Darren, you might know me better as Shazam on the Freedom Reborn forums.
I am an electrician by trade hence the Voltimax persona. I have done a little bit of python coding and have some custom attributes to my name (Shazam that is) in FFX.

I too was given a lot of help and encouragement by both HQ and my good friend Caravaggio with my skinning, resulting in a membership offer to NPI. Whilst skinning as shazam I wasn't getting any feedback on my work, so I changed my name to Voltimax, a character I had created and my debut skin as Voltimax, then I got a little more attention.
I'm hoping now that NPI is back in business to be creating more NPI UK characters and expanding on the ones I have already created. I also had a mod for FFvTTR based on my original characters in development. I never did finish it and were it not for Prem/Prev, it would never had got as far as it did, perhaps it may get finished now. Time is an issue for me these days though since I run my own business and I have a passion for Karate, so much of my free time is devoted to training and teaching.

My name is Johnny and I live in Sioux City, Iowa (Hence the Sioux City Dynamo). I am in my early forty's and work in hospital administration. Back in my youth I began making my own custom superheros by changing costumes, painting and whatever else I could do to change my mego superheros into my personal superheros. I really miss those days.....

Anyway. I have a wonderful wife and three sons (7, 8, and 9). My sons and I really enjoy freedom force and my wife is kind enough to indulge us .

As you can imagine time is pretty tight for us between three different soccer practices/games, work and school....It may take me awhile to contribute and/or respond but that is not because I am not interested!

With that in mind, I hope to grow my characters in a pocket/alternate reality of the NPI universe. I have been a big fan of the NPI team since day one. In fact, I am very greatful for all of th contributions to the community by the many talented current/past members of the community! Every time I move through the different forums I feel like I did as a young boy with a new comic or opening a new present.

I dabble in all manner of Freedom Force things but rarely complete anything.... aside from the mappack and some ffx plugins that still befuddle people when trying to install.

I dig superheroes and old pulp characters though I have read very few comics post 1992... I'm preferring to try and go backwards. They seem to get better when doing it that way.

My real name is Lee, but it really weirds me out when people who know meonline call me that. I'm a devout Christian. I'm currently a freshman at the University of Washington, going for my whatever-I-wind-up-getting degree. I do a little coding, not a lot, although I have a couple of mods in the works (including a hopefully pretty epic rumble mod with Billdamn once he skins some more cannon fodder ). I love to read, listen to and tell stories. I've only really looked into modding because of that, since I can't really tell a story with a skin, but like I said, I haven't gotten much done save some Liberty Bay stuff. >.>

Howdy, I'm Sam! I work a bank during the day (hence, many of my posts are in the wee morning when it's dead), I go to class at night (IT/Network Specialist) and I read comics and play games in the down time. Notice I didn't say anything about sleep.

I live with my folks at the moment. What can I say? The economy is bad all the way around. I have a great girlfriend, Kelli, who collects more comics and plays more games on a monthly average than I do, so, y'know, it's pretty cool.

As you've probably gathered, I'm a pretty open guy. As far as I'm concerned, everyone's friends here. I have a MySpace page and reciently goten into Facebook, so add me if you want. Or not. No biggie.

When it comes to FF stuff, I used to skin a bunch. And then I took a break. And now I'm starting to get back into it. But what I'm really going to comtribute to FFCenter is the Wiki. I'm moving the FRWorld Wiki here. It's better hosting, and I doubt Vertex'll harass me about adding content to keep it active.

Hi gang! My name is Peter and I've been playing since FF first came out. I've been more of a behind-the-scenes kind of guy in terms of my involvement in creating content: I've added some tiny bits to FFX and, at one time, began a mod that unfortunately imploded due to r/l issues.

I've finally decided to take the plunge and start displaying the skins I've been making for such a long time but one caveat: I am not an artist by any stretch of the imagination so please provide feedback where possible so I can improve because I'm sure I'll need it.

I primarily do mainstream stuff especially from the DC universe. I'm particularly interested in characters from the Legion of Super-Heroes universe and pretty much all the Golden-Age characters so expect to see a whole lotta love shown these characters. I may start doing some originals but my 7 year old son is more into that so I'll let him guide me in terms of the character designs, backgrounds, etc.

I like pizza too but I prefer a juicy bacon cheeseburger with a side order of onion rings. A healthy diet is so important, don't you think?

Hello I am Ryan.
I have pretty much been a lurker in the community for many many years. I am between jobs right now due to the economy etc so I went and got A+ certified and may work on more certs to be more marketable. I generally just B.S. with everyone now and again in chat etc. as far as FF is concerened I dont have much in the way of contributing since I lack the programs or any experience but I do enjoy the things the community has brought and love getting to know the people.

Anyways...... My name is Aly,Aly Catt at FR. I used to skin a bit but I really prefer to stay away from mainstream stuff & almost exclusively make female chars, this is because the super hero skinning world seems to be a men's locker room with all the male skins out there; you'd think that only men had powers I get along with most people and have a few people that I consider close friends in the community. Hi all you familiar faces. Or should I say avatars? Anyways, my name is Chris, but like Gremlin, I get weirded out if internet people call me that. So don't do it! I'm a graphic designer for my county's health department. My other part-time job is as a personal trainer. I also do any free lance design work I can pick up. I recently found out one of my clones is a famous rap artist. He won't share the wealth with me.

I just don't give a shit about what's said on the boards. Truthfully, I barely what the fuck is going on half the time. Let's do the math. 50% of time I'm clueless, the other 50% I don't care. My mother is clearly a proud parent.

I mostly skin mainstream. Are Indy comic characters considered mainstream? If so, I've done 100% mainstream skinning. I'm interested in doing FX...sometimes. Maybe one day I'll get into it. I've recently become obsessed with creating backgrounds for my skins and have considered whoring myself to create other people's backgrounds. It's lots of fun!

I have an intimate relationship with pizza. I'd elaborate further but I don't kiss and tell.
