[color=#000000]I need 2 original vx meshes with original key frames for 2 characters that I love to play.
1) a Knight called the Last Crusader, He has a long sword a medium sized kite shield and a cape.
Last Crusader is a Knight who was fighting in the first Crusade when he had a vision of the Holy Grail. In it he was promissed That he would remain alive on Earth until Christ returns. He is 1000 years (aprox) old but still looks 19. He has interacted with many famous people though history including kings, Popes, Saints, And evil men, He has fought in many wars, And has endured terrible tortures. In the modern Age he is a Superhero and the founder of the Knights of Saint George.
2) The mighty Paladin, a muscular fighter type who uses his fists his feet and his nunchaku. He wears a leather jacket and goggels.
Paladin is my own Avitar, I originally created him back in 1983 for a Villains & Vigilantes game. He discovered his powers when he was injured fighting a mugger. He healed instantly and defeated the mugger. I've used the character in numerous games over the years and even written more than one comic book about him. He has his own page on my website.
I have previously played this Character in freedom force by skinning a male teen mesh it looked like this:

notice no nunchaku and his goggels are painted on

pictures of both characters can be found on my website at http://crusadergame.books.officelive.com/default.aspx

If you can make these meshes with the keyframes I will jump for joy and shower you with praise. I've played Freedom force and Freedom force v3 for years and I've looked everywhere for meshes for these characters and they don't exist.
Also if you make thesemeshes for me, I'll post them on my website so everyone can see them.

This is where you may run into a prob. 1st... the only person who flat out makes vx meshes is Vertex. Asking for 'original' meshes and keys would be a stretch for any mesher to do with out good cause or a specific interest to do so. Also he hasn't done very many weapons meshes which would make creating a 'skoped' mesh difficult if not impossible on a vx.

But... you may be able to get something very... very close.

Both appear to be well with in the realm of Nifskope to create. Both in fact, sounds very doable using one of Tomyboy's fingered versatile meshes as a base. The reason I'm not suggesting a VX mesh as a base... is as I mentioned... the lack of base compatible keyframes for weapons. But Tommyboy's meshes are very compatible with his weapon keys.

I'ld suggest aslso tossing this request up on Freedom Reborn, taking in mind what I suggested.

Sorry, but Most of what you said went right over my head. I've downloaded a lot of meshes and made a few skins but I know nothing about making or customizing meshes.
I can try freedom reborn but how about a regular mesh and keyframes that I can run through a converter ? Would that work ?

By the way I really hate the taskmaster meshes.

Oh I almost forgot. I do want to Give back to the comunity that has given me so much joy so in a few days I'll be adding a freedom force page to my website that will feature skins for some characters that I've created.

LOL... thats cool. We've all been new to this at some point. I'm going to assume you asked for a 'VX' mesh mostly because of the fingered hands and such. I suggested Tommyboy's fingered meshes because they are a lot friendlier to work with in regards to keyframes and he already has keyframe sets which should work for either character.

But, again, your request isn't a difficult one for most skopers to handle. A skoped mesh is a mesh made by piecing together and altering parts from multiple meshes.. to make a unique one. Most 'new' meshes made now... are in fact skoped meshes (named that from the program used to make them... Nifskope). Keyframes, likewise, can be skoped.... but at this point of the game... there are keyframe sets to accommodate most characters. They just have to be attached (and compatible) with the mesh/skope.

I'm a vet at most of this... and am just getting into skoping myself. Trust me... its well worth learning how to use Nifskope if you're fond of original characters. 8-)

Yeah it looks great ! There's just one problem, when he moves the shield doesn't move with him. so what did I do wrong ? and how do I fix it ?
Please someone help me. If I get this right I'll probably never skope again. At least for a month or so anyway.
